Adam's Garden
2023
Acrylic ink, oil pastel, glitter on Arches 300 lb watercolour paper
30"x23"
Adam’s Garden reimagines the biblical Eden, portraying Adam as a non-binary figure among vaginal flora—drawing on early interpretations of Genesis that depict the first human as androgynous. This work challenges assumptions around gender and creation, positioning queerness at the origin rather than the margins.
